Accessory compatibility: Compatibility issues with original accessories under normal use.
III. Warranty Exclusions
Manual damage: Dropping, water damage, unauthorized disassembly, or unofficial modifications.
Consumables: Natural wear and tear of included accessories such as batteries and earphone cases.
Abnormal use: Failure to operate according to the manual or use of incompatible third-party accessories.
Accidental or environmental factors: Lightning strikes, unstable voltage, foreign objects, etc.
IV. Warranty Procedure
Contact Customer Service: Email customer service@mail.riki-mall.com with your order number and problem description. Problem Confirmation: Video/photos of the problem and proof of purchase are required.
Solution: Repair, replacement, or refund will be provided, depending on the situation.
V. Notes
Warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase (order screenshot or invoice).
Products sent for repair must be prepaid by the user and shipped to the after-sales center. Return shipping will be borne by us after repair.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
